Solution Summary
The solution was created for a broadcasting company with a large number of users. Virto security workflow actions were used to achieve record level access to on-air talent records.
Only the on-air talent and their publicists have access to view and approve public appearance requests that are submitted from the media company’s public site and end up in backend SharePoint applications. Before this solution was built, email was used to manage appearance requests.
